10 years ago I was prescribed Cipro.  I made a note in my medical journal at the time that I discontinued it due to side effects.  Unfortunately I was not tuned in to the possible side effects of drugs and their seriousness at that time.  Shortly thereafter I began experiencing tinnitis and numbness in my feet, depression, and anxiety attacks.  I did not associate those with the taking of a 'simple' antibiotic.  Since then I have learned different much to my dismay and anger.  I have spent a great deal of money trying to rid myself of these problems - and I can't afford it, so have given up.  I will be much more careful and educated about what I put in my body!
